Our Glass Bottle Production Process
Step 1: Raw Material Selection
Mix sand with baking soda and limestone in proportion, where the baking soda can lower the melting point of the glass and make it melt faster
Step 2: High temperature melting
The mixture was heated to about 1260°C to obtain the molten glass we wanted
Step 3: Manufacturing And Molding
The molten glass is injected into the mold and pressurized, then cooled to obtain our final product
Step 4: Quality Inspection
All of our products are subject to strict quality checks to ensure that every product that reaches you is perfect!
Step 5: Packaging
We have skilled workers to carry out packaging, to ensure that the maximum extent possible to ensure that there is no bump and other issues
Step 6：Crate and Store
Packed products will be stored in our warehouse for shipping

For the products we have in stock, the sample is free, you just need to provide us the courier account number, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. If you don’t have the above account number, then you can pay us the shipping cost and we will arrange the shipping

Yes, we welcome customer’s design, such as size, volume, pattern, etc. You just need to inform us your requirements and we will make it according to your requirements
1. For samples, air freight to door within 7 working days.
2. For stock, 7-10 working days for shipment to port of loading.
3. For mass production, 25-35 days production time is required. If a custom design is required, an additional 7-10 days will be required.

3.Confirm order-Sign sales contract after sample confirmation.
4.Deposit- pay 30% deposit before mass production.
5.Arrange production-we will handle the production.
6.Remaining Payment-After inspection of goods, the balance will be paid before shipment.
7.Shipping – We will ship the goods to the destination port.
8.Confirm loading list/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.

We provide common catalogs, but some glass bottles are made according to different weights and different artwork or decoration requirements. We do not have a price list, if you want to know the exact price, please contact us and we will quote on a case by case basis
If you come to us for purchasing or design, we can guarantee that your design and related information will not be disclosed, we take the security of our customers’ information very seriously.
Generally speaking, if the goods are in stock, it will take 5-10 days to send out, if not, it will take 15-20 days, depending on the quantity.
1. For small orders, by air or express: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.
2. For large orders, we arrange sea or air freight according to your requirements.
For payments less than $8,000, 100% prepayment. For payments over $8,000, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
